StokVibe builds business automation and management software from Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Shops, digital sign businesses, hospitals and schools each get a build made for how they actually work — on one platform, at one honest price.
What we do
Most businesses we meet are running on some mix of a paper register, a spreadsheet and a memory. It works right up until it does not — a stock count that never matches, an invoice nobody can find, a fee receipt that was written twice.
StokVibe replaces that with one system per business. Stock, billing, customers, staff and reporting all live in the same place, so the numbers on the dashboard are the numbers at the counter.
We ship four builds today, three of them live and one in development. They share one core, so what we learn in a hospital ends up making the shop build better.
Where we are
Our office is at Level 9, Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi - 6000, Bangladesh. We are open Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 - 18:00, and visitors are welcome during those hours. Most of our customers are within a few hours’ drive, which is deliberate — being close enough to show up in person is part of how we support people.
How we handle your data
The records our customers keep in StokVibe — stock figures, patient histories, student results, staff salaries — are the records they can least afford to lose or leak. Everything travels over TLS, is encrypted at rest, and is backed up daily. Each business is isolated from every other, and we never sell, share or mine what you keep with us.
